Podcast: Doctors Hoffman and LaValle Discuss Strategy for Heart, Bone, Immune Health

Doctors Hoffman and LaValle recently got together on the Intelligent Medicine podcast to discuss how to best support heart, bone and immune health. They talk about how fish oil (Omeg-AGE) and Aged Garlic Extract can reduce the multiple risk factors that can lead to cardiovascular disease.

What’s more, they mention that when taken together, each nutrient fills in the gaps left by the other to provide a comprehensive supplement strategy for better heart health. Why is fish oil important? Omega-3 fatty acids, which are found in fish and in smaller amounts in algae, nuts and seeds, play an important role in brain function, normal growth and development, and controlling inflammation. Getting enough omega-3s in your diet can be difficult though, unless you are eating fish a couple times a week. Adding a quality fish oil supplement to your routine ensures you are getting enough of these essential fatty acids. Even better if it also contains Aged Garlic Extract too. Take a listen to the podcast below to see why.
